@VOCcrime FindMyMissingDog The dog was found a short time later bone dry. It feels unlikely it went in the water. And even if it did, how did it manage to get out and lose its harness?
Doesn’t make sense to me. If she really fell in trying to save the dog, they dog would be wet and not completely stripped

But someone *removed* the entire harness. As a dog owner, I can tell you those things don’t get pulled off by accident
