That's not a valid point at all, because most people ARE able to use bikes. If not a normal bike, then a modified one or any other special needs vehicle.

It is (the lack of) safe infrastructure Americans should grumble about!

Cycling in Vilnius, Lithuania, was really great, today. I felt really at home in certain locations.

New research shows that more and more Dutch people cycle to work. This is mainly due to active bicycle promotion by employers, in the form of generous mileage allowances (more than for car drivers) and lease bicycles. nos.nl/artikel/252068…

Today it's Bike to Work Day in the Netherlands.

Or, as we Dutch prefer to call that: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
