It's great to see some inspiring Film Access work in action. After three years of delay due to COVID-19, Scottish Youth Film Foundation finally got to work with PLHS in Prestonpans to produce a post-apocalyptic film called 3 Weeks Later. Here's the team working hard on set!

Our members work hard to explore and improve the health & wellbeing of the communities they work with. Recently, shmu completed a 90-second film about St Machar Parent Support Project – a local community project in Woodside, one of shmu’s priority areas.

Our members offer continuous support to the groups they work with, providing opportunities for them to their develop skills. Scottish Youth Film Foundation recently returned to Dumfries and Galloway to make a film with the DGTV group who had taken part in last year's Scottish Youth Film Festival.

Taster sessions in filmmaking have been delivered by Film Access Scotland member shmu. Young people aged 12-18 have taken part to gain some basic knowledge of filmmaking and work in a team to create a short film in the space of a day.
