Our latest study in AMB Express uses Oxford Nanopore MinION to analyze genomic variations in Toxoplasma gondii. This rapid method accurately differentiates strains, aiding in understanding the parasite's diversity and health risks. Full paper here. bit.ly/3yhvJXC
