The judgment in my legal case against University of Bristol is coming soon. Since 7 October, more people than ever have been disciplined by their employers and lost their jobs for supporting Palestine. 🇵🇸 Support the fight against Zionist censorship. Donate here:
A really good interview with our client, David Miller (David Miller) where he discusses his case & more. His case is vital for all pro-Palestine 🇵🇸campaigners in the workplace. This is a test case. Please contribute to his legal fund here, thanks: fightingfund.org/supportmiller
1/2 Just made a donation to Left Legal Fighting Fund towards my former Strathclyde University colleague Professor David Miller David Miller, whose censorship, over an issue of Palestinian solidarity via Scottish PSC🇵🇸🏴, I witnessed at 1st hand in 2022. fightingfund.org/supportmiller?…

VICTORY AT THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The Employment Tribunal has released its judgment in my landmark legal case against University of Bristol, concluding that I was wrongfully dismissed in October 2021 and discriminated against because of my anti-Zionist beliefs. This is not just a victory
My legal victory against University of Bristol has set a vital precedent that will help to protect pro-Palestine 🇵🇸 campaigners across Britain. I still have around £30,000 outstanding of my legal fees. If you would like to share in this victory, please contribute at:
My landmark legal victory against University of Bristol is being appealed. My case established that anti-Zionist beliefs are protected under the Equality Act 2010. The University wants to overturn this. But if we win at the Employment Appeal Tribunal, we’ll strengthen this precedent,
If anyone knows who this is - with the de-proscription placard (disgracefully described by the Met as suggesting ‘support’ for Hamas/Hezbollah) - please get in touch with me or Left Legal Fighting Fund so we can try and assist.
