The daily news cycle can be discouraging but Fifth & Mission Podcast wasn’t just about highlighting the newsroom’s reporting; it aimed to dig deeper & explain why a news story matters. Guiding listeners has helped me make better sense of my own communities...what an incredible honor.

The hardest goodbye is to Fifth & Mission Podcast listeners. I can't quite articulate my gratitude for trusting us and making space for the pod in your daily routine. Your support and encouragement has meant the world. I wish that we had more time, that this ending wasn't so abrupt.

The other day I was wishing I had more pics with listeners from over the years but then I remembered W. Kamau Bell took a selfie from the live taping in Feb. I bugged him to share it with me. I love this fuzzy pic, it captures the frenzy and fun I've had with Fifth & Mission Podcast.
