Residential property sales Registers of Scotland in Scottish Island regions. Interesting to note in 2023 the high percentage of cash sales (no mortgage) in the islands 57%, compared to the mainland 37%. Difficult for island youngsters to compete in this market. ros.gov.uk/data-and-stati…

This week Hamish Trench will be speaking at the Scottish Contaminated Land Forum conference discussing progress made on tackling vacant and derelict land. This is a topic the Commission are heavily focused on with a review conducted by Ryden News to be published later this month. #SCLF2024
