On June 6, 2023 GGGI Lao PDR and DFAT of Australia signed a 2.6 million grant agreement for the "Open and Sustainable Carbon Markets in Laos" program, aiming to enhance domestic carbon markets and facilitate international trading under the Paris Agreement. Rowan Fraser GGGI
