May the souls of the Kano athletes who lost their lives in the tragic accident rest in peace. It is disheartening that while billions of naira are spent on pilgrimages, same priority is not given to the safety and welfare of the athletes. This is a gross misplacement of priorities!

As a proud son of Badagry, I strongly condemn the use of our town’s name for a film that glorifies violence and criminality. Badagry is a historic cradle of civilization and Christianity in Nigeria, not a gangster hideout. This misrepresentation is unacceptable. #ProtectBadagry

To the producers of “BADAGRY: I Bad I Gree” ,you owe the people of Badagry an apology. There are hundreds of fictional names you could have used. Associating our ancestral land with guns and gangs is lazy storytelling and cultural insensitivity. Withdraw the title.#RespectBadagry

The film industry has a duty to tell stories that uplift and enlighten. “BADAGRY: I Bad I Gree” is the opposite — it promotes stereotypes, distorts reality, and threatens our local pride. This isn’t art. This is exploitation. #RespectBadagry#

Unfortunately, some Nigerian politicians are trying to milk the demise of former President Buhari for political mileage. As the battle to inherit his political structure begins, and promises to be fierce

Many of these desperadoes fall far short of what Buhari truly represented in his simplicity and measured restraint. Despite his flaws, Buhari managed his ambitions with a level of discipline most of his would-be successors lack.

Buhari was a failure economically, no doubt. But he still exhibited a level of modesty rare among Nigerian politicians. Perhaps he got the presidency too late when age had dulled his edge and he no longer had the capacity to truly lead. Rest in Peace PMB

Buhari’s presidency became a staged performance, driven largely by sycophants who manipulated power in his good name while he remained detached from the reality of governance. Rest in Peace PMB

Dear Mr. President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, The same way we celebrated our Super Falcons with cash and commendation, D’Tigress deserves no less! They’ve dominated Africa five times in a row. No team has done that. Sir, it’s time to honor our queens of the court. #DTigress #NBBBF

For me, the Ballon d’Or isn’t about the year’s best player. I see it as an award for the most informed player across the football calendar year.#BallonDor

Nigerians deserve to feel safe in their homes, on their roads, and in their communities. Security is not a luxury. it is the most basic duty of government. And when we say ‘government,’ we’re not speaking about the President alone. We mean the entire leadership structure:

Rtd General Christopher Musa is a solid choice for Defence Minister. His track record speaks for itself, now he needs full autonomy and the right team. Nigeria cannot afford internal obstacles within the ministry at such a critical time.

Recent posture of the AES bloc ,Niger, Mali, and Burkina Faso is deeply concerning. While Nigeria may have erred by entering another country airspace without proper protocol, the signals from the AES appear to embolden instability in the region. West Africa cannot afford reckless
