NEW: Researchers have conducted a major survey on paranoia in the UK.

They found:
- 27% said they somewhat/totally believed someone wanted to hurt them
- 27% feel there's a conspiracy against them
- 30% said it was hard to stop thinking about people wanting to make them feel bad
