Time flies 🤯. Four years ago today I completed my first shift in the care home where my Nan lived during the first wave of the pandemic. Forever grateful for that special time.

I really enjoyed an episode of the Careful Thinking podcast around relational care. Includes talk of what an organisation would look like if it was driven by the ethos of relational care (which very much reminded me of Galanos House Jane Tuck RN Jo Wilson MBE RN QN).

At 4.45am, my wife shouted me from bathroom floor. In pain+++, said ‘boiling’ but cold to touch. At 9am she went to work (social care) in agony so not to affect the team, service users & her pay. This happens 2+ times per month but posting today for #EndometriosisAwarenessMonth
