The year I swapped Farming Photography for MacDon Europe in March. And went full time after working for them as a photographer for 9 years. And I watched the market disappear for the requirements of what Farming Photography used to provide. Learned a load of new skills.

In 1975, our first machine left our factory on Brumstead Road STALHAM, marking the start of Sands Sprayers. Today, the last machine has left what has been our home for the past 50 years and is heading for the LAMMA Show Production has now transferred to our new factory.

The best way to build a million-pound business is to start with something special. I never knew at the time of taking these photos of the journey they would take me on. When people ask when it started to work, these images are that moment. I had no idea at the time.
