Hernando High School has two coaches elected to the FHSAA Hall of Fame: Ernie Chatman (2017) and Dub Palmer (2019) Hernando Athletics

Dub Palmer began coaching high school football at the age of 19.....Nine. TEEN. Wow!!

On behalf of our last Inductee for the night, Mr. Dub Palmer daughter.. Mr. Palmer is Inducted into the Hall of Fame as a Coach. He touched the lives of his student-athletes and community for well over 33 years! He will always be remembered as a great coach and mentor!
