This time last week...

The last year or so has been horrendous in terms of my mental health and I’m only just starting to go back to regular gigging n that. It’s making me want to get the blog up and running again. Music is a healer

I can’t actually remember the last time I had a decent nights sleep

Things have been a little hazy recently & I feel like I have a hell of a lot of healing to do so I’m gonna take a break from all things social media this month & spend some time reading new books, catching up with friends & sleeping. I leave you with this photo of October Drift x
