Today!

I guess I should let you know that I have had two strokes over the last couple of weeks and have been in hospital since. Can’t walk or talk but am getting better very slowly! Hope to get home and back on the podcast as quick as possible!

My speech and walking have improved and hospital staff are figuring out when to kick me out of here. I’m not well yet but I am better! The reaction has been amazing! Thank you!!!

I have now reached a point where I can leave the hospital and go home to continue my recovery. This has been a slow process and I am no where near recovered but I am better. Thanks again for the kind thoughts.

I am finally out of hospital and continuing my rehab at home. Thanks to the team at Mississauga Trillium Hospital for your care and assistance. I can once again walk and my talking is better and I hope I can get back on my podcast soon. I love you all.

I will return to my podcast for a short hello tonight so my friends can see how I’m doing post-stroke. Hope you will watch or listen!

So sad to learn of Greg Millen’s passing. Many times a guest on my show he was one of the nicest people I have known.

Sad to inform you but my Mom, Helen McCown passed away last night at age 98. Obviously she led a very long and beautiful life. Hopefully she is with my Dad now who died long ago in 1953! I will miss her very much!
