"Necromancer" is a new transformation in the Binding of Isaac: Repentance+ you get by having the Missing Page trinket, Missing Page 2, and Necronomicon. It gives you a super powered Necronomicon that you can use 10 times a floor. The charge resets when you go to a new floor.

The golden version of the "Nail File" has a unique effect in the new update for The Binding of Isaac: Repentance+. The powered up trinket removes spikes from Grudges, Gehenna Spike Balls, and the spike balls from Singe.
