A rewarding part of my role is teaching sessions on Speaking Up. This week I have presented to a cohort of Nursing Assistants and colleagues on the Neonatal Unit. Focusing on "Civility Save Lives" and how re framing a conversation directly impacts patient outcomes. 🏥 #ListenUp
