The eSafety Commissioner aka Australia’s "Ministry of Truth", has lost a THIRD legal case. Free Speech Union of Australia accused the Commissioner of cyber bullying after she called them a "front group" for Elon Musk (clip below). When FSU complained, the eSafety Office dismissed it as

The decision in this case is embarrassing. Apparently it is OK to censor factual material, because someone feels intimidated by it. At least there will be another Streissand effect, as there always is with these things! The decision is here, for those interested:
