Interim Dean Alma Littles, M.D. took part in Tuesday's ribbon-cutting ceremony at the Live Oak Behavioral Health Center, which will house FSU College of Medicine's psychiatry residency program. The center is a joint venture between Apalachee Center, Inc. and Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH).
