This, 100% Trump actively worked to gut the NLRB, so that it would be easier for corporations to break unions and cheat. If you look at the actual substantive policies, Trump was objectively TERRIBLE for unions.

This was a huge and very important case. The university was trying to avoid accountability in a very unfair way. The en banc panel decision fixes the law in this area

We stopped MAGA Republicans from shutting down the government and saved aid to WIC, Head Start & SNAP. We didn’t let Trump and Putin’s little helpers “burn it all down,” as feared, but they did momentarily block aid to Ukraine. We’ll deal with that next week.

So, Russia just launched a missile attack on a grocery store & cafe in Ukraine, killing at least 49 people. Meanwhile Republicans pulled funding & resources from Ukraine & are now more focused on evicting Democrats from their office than helping Ukraine. Shame on Republicans.
