Early voting in Cumberland Co will start an hour late on Friday: 9 a.m. instead of 8 a.m.

Late start because electricity to the building housing the Cumberland Board of Elections office (the only early voting site) will be turned off for a maintenance/repair item

•It's easy to typo east vs. west. Double check when you write 'west' in case you really mean 'east'
