Here are some safety tips for the kitchen this holiday: wash hands and surfaces often, thaw frozen poultry and meats fully, cook to safe temperatures, and never leave cooking food unattended. After the meal, refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours. Have a safe and wonderful holiday!
