FIRST are ready for this week's British Champs with great form shown recently by both Keir Edgar & Ryan Ferguson. We started today at Tollcross International Swimming Centre and the boys are looking to make their mark. Keir goes in all 3 Backstrokes and joins Ryan in the 50 Fly

Keir Edgar goes great guns in his first event of the championships with a 27.58 in the 50 backstroke, half a second quicker than the time he went at SNAG's and we all know how the rest of the week went there! #westdistrictrecord
