Tech Track suddenly stop their awards after #FootballIndex went bust, 6 months after finishing 2nd on their league table.
Gambling Commission suddenly win an international award in the wake of their FI failure.
All part of dealing with the fallout, eh Andrew Rhodes ?
In the UK, if a person commits fraud against a company and gets caught, they might go to jail.
If a company, like #FootballIndex , commits a £120m fraud against its customers, it is regarded as normal behaviour.

when 'public snitching on public' goes mainstream, you are not too many moves away from civil unrest/ war.

Betting and Gaming Council Entain #footballindex were number 2 in the techtrack and embezzled consumer funds on a 'world leading tech project' - remember them?
Remember this?
In the same year that it came to light that the Gambling Commission regulation and licencing of #FootballIndex was an utter shambles.
My feeling is that it was a bogus award (or it was a fix) to shine a favourable light on the GC.
eh, Andrew Rhodes ?
Right a #footballindex update from me. Yesterday I finally completed my letters to DCMS and FCA Complaints process. They have both confirmed receipt and now I wait to hear the outcome. The evidence of wrongdoing from the original licence decision through until, well today funnily

in the aftermath of the #FootballIndex collapse..
Gambling Commission, appointed a new chief after the old one suddenly left, and then went on to win an international award a few months later.
All part of the elaborate cover up.

Canute the fave in the 5:35 Royal Ascot suffered a fatal injury mid race.
No mention of this on the news pages of racingpost.com and sportinglife.com
Surely it's newsworthy, or would it be a shame to spoil the #RoyalAscot party?
In the UK, the customer often pays the price for a companys illegal activity.
#FootballIndex were encouraging customers to deposit, even after they knew that they were going into administration.
On it's own, that is fraud.
Yet the authorities 'sweep it under the carpet'.
2 years since #FootballIndex went bust, after they stole £120m of customers money.
The thing that hurts me most (more than the money) is the way they lied and went out of their way to appear legitimate and trustworthy. Even winning a goverment award and being involved with NASDAQ
I wonder what the Insolvency Service are making of the #FootballIndex story.
Of course, I'll never find out, as their work is top secret, but I can still wonder.
A big question remains.... was there any 'wrong doing' committed by FI and its directors?
