I probably shouldn't mention Sheffield has been flooded several times since 2007. Not really in the area the new Future Shock Center is in though

These players have - challenged racism - shown politicians the way - supported the #LGBTQ community - fed hungry children - donated to the NHS - restored pride and shown us all how to behave under pressure. That’s bigger than anything.

I don't know who Lord Jones is but he can go scuttle back underneath his rock. Alex Scott is one of the best sports presenters working at the BBC and watching her on the Olympics has been an absolute joy

My football team is 20th in the EPL and almost certainly going down. My ice hockey team won its second trophy of the season last weekend. I'm at day 979

Disappointed. Leg hurts but will heal. I'll be ready to go again by the time we restart. I'll be coming back stronger and better
