🇫🇷 Researchers used our novel #FoodSafety Knowledge eXchange (FSKX) format to present a model that estimates the risk of Haemolytic Uremic Syndrome caused by E. coli in raw milk soft cheese, and also production losses associated w/ interventions. 🔎See: doi.org/10.3897/fmj.5.….
