It’s EU anti trafficking day. Sexual trafficking and exploitation are the most commonplace in the EU. Alarmingly, 95% of registered victims are women or girls.

I spoke in European Parliament on the situation of Ukrainian women refugees. The use of rape as a weapon & the risk of sexual exploitation are a reality of war. We remain engaged to integrate a #GenderResponsive approach including access to #SRHR as a part of realising human rights.

Mobility is also a gender issue 👉 it will be one of the central issues in the action plans of the 8 FEMACT-Cities Cineux Cyril from clermontmetropole and Nathalie Ortar led a discussion on the necessity to take women's needs into account in local mobility plans at #RNTP2023
