F3 is a movement. So much of our culture separates men - by politics, religion, age, economics, beliefs - but F3 is drawing men together arm in arm. It's a beautiful thing.

Every summer we hike 4-5 peaks - we call this F3 Peakbagger. Saturday we snagged Timpanogos - approx 14.5 miles, 5,000 feet of elevation gain and topped out at 11,749 ft. Join us for the next one. 12 PAX, 2 Ms, and a guest had a blast.
