🤝 Strong partnerships drive impact! We joined #Somaliland Ministers of @MoLRD, Ministry of Planning and National Development-JSL, and FAO in Somalia to inaugurate new fodder hubs in Goray, Gabiley - supporting pastoral livelihoods, boosting incomes, and building climate resilience.

#Somaliland's Minister of MoLRD chaired the SIRA II Programme Steering Committee meeting in Borama. FAO in Somalia, Embassy of Switzerland in Nairobi, fodder cooperatives and the local authority participated to review progress and sustainability plans.  #SustainableLivestock

We had a productive meeting with the Ministry of Agriculture Development of Somaliland. We reviewed our joint initiatives and I reiterated FAO's commitment to provide technical support in developing and implementing strategies to transform the Agri- food system in Somaliland.
