If you're a controller player that feels like BO6 guns feel awful to shoot, it might be because of the aim assist nerf. Your aim sensitivity is functionally different in every single gun fight within 10m. And yeah, a constantly changing aim sensitivity feels bad.

Using weapons I don't like in a game mode I hate because weapon balance is so unstable that the gun might suddenly become absolute meta overnight. This is Call of Duty.

If anticheat ran at boot like some ill-advised people want, season 2 would have bricked their PCs. This is a big part of why anyone who understands these things advocates against boot-time kernel anticheat.

Yeah sure modern games are generating 100x more pixels per second at incredible fidelity, but compared to that game I played as a kid the performance clearly sucks. Modern devs really need to pull the optimization lever bro. Just generate the pixels faster bro. Optimize bro.

We had 1-shot snipers and then we power-creeped ARs to absurd levels to keep up. We ended up with the caldera meta where ARs have literally no recoil and kill very quickly - with effective ttk matching theoretical ttk. And y'all want to do that again.

1) Start a up Call of Duty. 2) First match is always join in progress. Leave immediately because join in progress sucks. 3) Second will be too. Repeat. 4) Finally get to play. Every time you log in.
