Considering the prevalence of mental health difficulties in the autistic population, the understanding of autism in the mental health field is barely none! Why? Why can we not have specialised services run by people who understand autism and how it presents?!

The highest cause of death within the autistic community is suicide. Why is no one trying to fix this? Why does nobody care?
