Competed the Dallas 1/2 marathon last weekend. Went out a little fast, and had to deal with some cramps on miles 6-8, but powered through. Overall, I am happy with place for a very humid race, finishing in the top .07% of men and 6th in the 0-19 age group

Districts 4/7 110H: 14.96🥈 300h: 40.25 PR 🥈 I move on in both events. I have some things to clean up in both events but what matters now is just moving on quick turn around for area though as it is on 4/10 Speed & Hurdle Coach

Area meet 4/10 110h: 14.70 pr and advancing to region 300h: 40.23 pr and alternate for region Excited to be moving onto region for the 110s and big improvement this year in my 300h I will be back and stronger for those next year Speed & Hurdle Coach

Area meet 4/10 3200: 9:46.35 PR and advancing to Region 1600: 4:29.87 PR Great day with significant drops in both races. Getting better with consistency and race strategy. Excited for the opportunity to compete at Region next week on 4/18. Independence XC / Track & Field

Lone Star Elite Invite 3200 5/16 3200: 9:41 PR Last track race of my junior year, good to end on a solid PR dropping 5 seconds. Getting more consistent throughout each lap, felt strong from start to finish. Next up: Cross Country

Proud of the whole crew today! Went out and competed with the season on the line. Shoutout to our 4 JV athletes finish top 15, to Avery for getting 3rd, Evan/Kaleb/Jay for top 10 finishes, and shoutout to our varsity boys for placing 2nd as a team! On to regionals.
