Brazil has an opportunity to change the interpretation of 1980 Hague Convention, esp in context of DV against women & children. On Aug 7, the Supreme Court will rule on conformity of the Convention with the Brazilian Constitution & fundamental rights. This is a pivotal moment.

In Argentina, police are trying to break in to a home & take a 3 & 7 yr old from their protective mother & send them to their German father. They are Bolivian & Argentinian & last lived in Germany in 2019. A human chain is trying to defend them. This is #HagueConvention. Brutal.
