Here we go with the first sessions of EUROoCS 2021!😎 Our session about technology platforms just started with a stimulating talk of professor @StevenRayOslo about the direct coupling of organs-on-chip with electromembrane extraction and mass spectrometry! Keep following us!

Marc Vila Cuenca just opened the Vasculature session with the amazing talk on vessel-on-chip using hiPSCs derived endothelial cells and smooth muscle cells allowing long term culture, response to vasoactive compounds and disease modelling.

We just heard a great talk from Matthew Bourn on the development of a microfluidic system mimicking vasculature networks for the assessment of αvβ3-targeted liposome accumulation.

Ever wonder how to implement shear stress, stretch and pulsatility in your microvessel-on-chip? Claire Dessalles just explained us how to do it!

Hyeri Choi gave an insightful talk, at the end of the first vasculature session, on the development of 3D tumour vasculature to analyse Natural killer cells cytotoxicity using live-cell imaging!

In our session about immune system we heard about how importance it is to include immune cells in organs-on-chip and how it is possible to do it in multiple ways, for many different application!
