Chef Ambassador Spotlight! To celebrate the start of BBQ season, we visited José Pizarro at his restaurant The Swan Inn, Esher, for a Calçotada feast, featuring 8 seasonally-inspired courses perfectly paired with chilled Estrella Damm.
