1700 block of 3rd Street update, shortly after 06:00 AM, Police were able to arrest the outstanding suspect involved in last nights shooting. EPS would like to thank assisting police agencies including the RCMP, Weyburn Police Service, and Regina Police Service.

Further to Alert, outstanding suspect has been contained to his residence of 1700 block of 3rd Street. Suspect no longer at large. 3rd street has been blocked at 18th Ave and 16th Ave. Police are in area. We ask that public stay away from the area.

Members of Estevan Police Service are investigating the report of a firearm discharge in the 1700 block of 3rd Street. The public is asked to remain indoors and away from the area. One adult male suspect is outstanding and believed to be armed.

On March 17th, Csts. Chabot, Senchuk, Hoover, Ruthven and Sp. Cst. Hall took on the Estevan Sharks Water Polo team at the RM of Estevan Aquatic Centre. Everyone had a great time and the water polo was awesome!
