I’ve been reading the Starsea saga. There have been some things in the books that seemed like Final Fantasy references, but this one is just blatant.

My teenage daughter has started playing Octopath Traveler 2, and even though she won’t admit it, I’m pretty sure she has a crush on Hikari.

When my kids play Minecraft

Had a pretty wild run of Pharos Sirius today. We wiped on the first boss, then spent about 10 minutes trying to figure out why the door to the next area wouldn’t open. (Turns out we somehow went past two zombies and they didn’t chase us.) Then this happened with the 2nd boss lol.
