Stagg Esports is officially back! They had a lot of fun at the parade and are looking forward to a great year.

Yesterday was our first official in-person meeting. Everyone had a lot of fun while playing several different games. One of our members had one Last Surprise to share.

Today was Stagg’s big in-house Smash bracket. Thank you for all of those that showed up. Everyone had a lot of fun. We unfortunately ran out of time with 2 more matches to complete. They will finish their matches next week and a graphic will be posted here.

IHSEA Update! The IHSEA season has come to an end for several games. Fortnite got 6th place, Rocket League had a winning record, and our Valorant team(which was mostly Freshmen) had an even record. Our Smash team went to their IHSEA meet and got second, qualifying for finals!

Happy Thanksgiving! On Saturday, our Mario kart team had their IHSEA finals! They had a tough first match against Bolingbrook, but they beat Naperville Central in their next match! Their run stopped in a close match against Lane Tech. This was an awesome day for the team.

Yesterday was our in-house Mario Kart Tournament. Everyone had lots of fun and it was nice seeing new and familiar faces. Our Mario Kart team is ready for the IHSA season!

Last Saturday(2/8) our Stagg Chargers had their first meet for IHSA at Evergreen Park. It was a very successful day with Rocket League placing 2nd, FC placing 1st, Madden placing 1st, Mario Kart placing 4th and Smash crews placing 2nd. It was great to see them back in action.

On 4/5, Stagg went to the Richards invitational and did extremely well. They had 2 soloists in Super Smash Brothers Ultimate who placed 2nd and 3rd. On top of that, Mario Kart and FIFA both placed 1st! Overall, it was a very fun and successful day for the Chargers.

2 weeks ago at Oak Lawn, Stagg went to another invitational. MK8 achieved another 1st, 2 SSBU solo competitors got 1st and 4th, and Madden got another 1st. Another awesome day. Tomorrow, our chargers compete in sectionals. Wish them good luck!

Our chargers 24-25 run has officially ended. Rocket League fought valiantly, FIFA finished 5th/6th, and we won State for Madden and Mario Kart 8!!! We are very proud of all of our competitors. We hope our seniors had fun on their esports journey. Enjoy your summer!
