American Public Media has let us know it won’t voluntarily recognize our union. That’s fine — we know we have the support to win an election. But worse than that, the company is trying to exclude our colleagues on the Media Production team.

Our allotted time for negotiation is running out. Since APMG is still trying to exclude our Media Production colleagues from our union, we’re headed to a hearing with the NLRB tomorrow.
