You are using Dell servers and #AzureStackHCI Windows Server 2019 ? Be aware that the OpenManage extension for WAC will work properly only with GUI Edition. This extension requires RSAT-Clustering-Mgmt that is available only in GUI Edition. Dell is working on it. Windows Admin Center
