After voting in favour of the carbon tax and propping up the Liberals for years, the NDP are flip-flopping after hearing from Canadians on the latest April 1 hike.

The NDP admit the carbon tax has failed. Yet, they’ll prop the Liberal budget up next week. Canadians don’t buy it.
