Trump endorses Tony Wied for the WI8 House seat being vacated by Mike Gallagher.

Wied was recruited by Alex Bruesewitz 🇺🇸, the Trump ally who was leading in the polls and whom many expected to run.

In 2021, global insurance giant Allianz warned ports about huge safety risks of megaships.

Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan pushed forward with his plan to bring megaships to Baltimore anyway, promising it would be safe.

Then the Key Bridge disaster happened. levernews.com/hogan-pressed-…

Bruce Springsteen did not pay his taxes until he was put on the cover of Time Magazine in 1975. He then spent the next few years paying off his taxes, leaving him with only $20,000 on his 30th birthday despite multiple best-selling records and tours.

I’m curious about the person who after being rescued from the water after the bridge collapse was like, “nah dog, im cool” and went home. Someone should interview that person.

Thinking first of the people on the bridge. But the mind wanders to a port city strangling. All the people who rely on ships in and out. The auto-ship imports, Domino Sugar, coal exports, dockwork, whatever container traffic we didn't lose to Norfolk. Industries. Jobs. Families.

It’s hard to overstate how much of a disaster the Key Bridge collapsing is for the City of Baltimore.
The Key Bridge carried an estimated 11.5 million vehicles annually. That’s an average of 31,507 a day.
Everyone is now going to be funneled into the tunnels or through the city
