Join Equity. You get a lovely diary every year. Public Liability insurance. Also they will absolutely fight your corner should you happen to work for what could only really be considered as absolute crooks.

Now, I honestly can’t tell you how important it is to be an Equity member, let alone an Equity Drag Artists member! Please join and thing like this will happen less and less in the future. And like Joe Black said, you get a lush diary every year!

This thread is, unfortunately, predicated on something Equity is not saying. Yes, we highlight the inequity that PMA/CDG members don’t pay, but actors do. But we want the cost transferred to the bosses, the producers, not other creatives. Every other industry does this.
