Double insulated fitting according to the manufacturer….yet no way of making a double insulated connection. Thankfully they provide a convenient M4 threaded hole and even placed an Earth symbol next to it 😂🤦🏻‍♂️ Now class 1 as it should have been to begin with…

Anyone familiar with problems/ faults with zappi chargers? Called out to 1 that says installation limit reached when you try to charge the car. Thought it was because it had lost connection with the harvi but same issue after we reconnected.
