A well-cared for herd of English Longhorn cows in #EppingForest being let back out to graze at Fairmead, following a quick 'MOT' with the team, where feet & horns were checked & batteries in collars replaced if needed. All passed with flying colours as healthy, happy cows.

Always a pleasure to welcome visitors to #EppingForest. Today's adventures as part of Epping Forest Heritage Trust's annual Big Walk travels from Forest Gate to Epping, with lots of stops to hear about what makes this ancient woodland so special along the way.
