Give a little and make an impact in the lives of individuals with epilepsy

EWF, CEF, CAPDI raising awareness on the Intersectoral Global Action Plan on Epilepsy and other neurological Disoders (IGAP) to persons with epilepsy and local leaders in our project impact areas (Blantyre, Lilongwe & Chikwawa Districts).

We are proud to share with you that we hosted our 3rd virtual graduation today following the Epilepsy Assessment & management Course by Pretola Global Health and Consulting that started earlier this year in February and ended in April.

EWF, in collaboration with Chifundo Epilepsy Foundation, recently held a workshop in Chikwawa District. This event focused on raising awareness of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD) and it's practical application.

EWF in partnership with Caring for Persons with Disabilities today successfully conducted a workshop in Lilongwe District with the aim of raising awareness on the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities& the sustainable development goals

We hosted an impactful stakeholder meeting funded by the Disability Rights Fund—bringing together people with epilepsy, caregivers, and Lilongwe Council (Labour, Social Welfare & Health). We spotlighted gaps in healthcare, social protection & Employment using a self-advocacy.
