Stars and Stripes Alongside the infantrymen, there were some elite Ordnance Bomb Disposal Squads who covered landings. At least one technician (Pat Brodish) was killed this day in the line of duty. My book #ninefromaberdeen tells the story. Long before they were #EOD , these soldiers were there.
