President Rachel Miller did what was in the best interest of Providence Public Schools. She will go down in history for saving PPSD at a time when our public schools are under attack. Now it’s time for Prov. municipalities to collaborate on returning our schools to local control. Providence City Council

Rhode Island Energy is playing too many games with Rhode Islanders. This type of customer service cannot be happening when our residents are already paying alot of money in energy bills.

This year, PPSD celebrated its highest number of CTE graduates in history. We’re working to build the best Career and Technical Education programs in the country. Together, we’ll make Providence a national model for CTE!

Baltimore has been investing youth programming, including late night programs, summer camps, teen jobs, sports, after school programs, etc. Homicides in the city are down 40%, with steep drops in robberies, carjackings, and shootings. This should be talked about more.

This last legislative session had numerous proposed bills at the State House to take on the unaccountable RI Energy monopoly and reduce costs for families. The Rhode Island House of Representatives and Rhode Island Senate chose not to pass a single one of them.
