In January '24, I become Artistic Director of The English Chamber Choir (EnglishChamberChoir), succeeding Guy Protheroe who has been with the choir since 1972. Guy becomes Conductor Emeritus. In due course, I look forward to sharing more about our future plans. #choir #ClassicalMusic

And that's a wrap... The CineConcerts #HarryPotterInConcert Royal Albert Hall came to its conclusion on Sunday; EnglishChamberChoir & Royal Philharmonic Orchestra (Concert Orchestra) conducted by the fabulous Justin Freer in five sold-out performances of Alexandre Desplat's superb score.
As we approach the anniversary of his death, we were moved to hear our Naxos Records recording of the music of our former Patron, Ivan Moody, played on BBC Radio 3. We are most grateful to Sarah Walker for including the music of her Royal Holloway contemporary in her programme.
