I did know this because I went last year! Very sad to compare it to this year’s Ryder Cup, which was frankly an embarrassment for our country off the course. On the course the guys rallied back with pride, but sadly the off the course behavior tainted the whole thing.

The energy discourse on here has definitely eroded in the few years I was largely absent. Seems like sh*t posting is the coin of the realm now. Example: for literally the entire history of the electric industry storage has been the holy grail. Now I see posts saying it is bad?

After 20+ years in DC working for principals, let me add to the chorus and remind young idealistic folks coming here that they don't have to put up with toxic behavior. This is a particularly egregious example, but it happens in less egregious ways all the time. Don't allow it.

In which I encourage my home Commonwealth (don't call it a State!) to lead the nation in embracing advanced transmission technologies to meet rising electricity demand while reducing costs to customers. utilitydive.com/news/energy-af…

Xiao Wang For clarity, I don't think we should all island b/c that is bad for all customers long term. Load growth spreads fixed costs further and that's good. But this PJM discussion needs to move more toward that and away from "just cut them off" soon or we're headed for bad results.

According to this platform, expressing an interest in bettering society by helping develop good policy that will resonate with a VAST majority of the country is wrong? I don't know Cathy, but I am now one of her biggest fans.

So are we just filing interventions in @FERC RM dockets now even though rulemakings have no "parties" under the regulations? Just completely ignoring the rule of law in every way?
